As a naturally detail-oriented, record-keeping person, I transitioned into a non-profit bookkeeping job with no formal bookkeeping training. Although I was excited about the opportunity and possibilities, I also became quickly overwhelmed with details and tasks I knew nothing about! A mutual friend recommended we reach out to Alicia.
